Three: the United States to Haiti, the United States to the Dominican Republic, and between the Dominican Republic and Haiti by road, in both directions.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Do you deliver in the Dominican Republic?<\/span><\/i><\/h4>

Yes, in Santiago and Santo Domingo, whether the package leaves from the United States or from Haiti.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Where do packages leave from in the Dominican Republic?<\/span><\/i><\/h4>

From Santiago and Santo Domingo. These are also our two delivery cities.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

How often do packages leave?<\/span><\/i><\/h4>

On the land route, departures are daily in both directions. From the United States, sea shipments leave every week, and an air option is available for urgent shipments.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Can I send a package from Haiti to the Dominican Republic?<\/span><\/i><\/h4>

Yes. The land route works in both directions, with departures every day.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

How do I track my package?<\/span><\/i><\/h4>

As soon as we take charge of it, you receive a tracking number you can use from your online account, whichever route you chose.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Do you deliver outside Port-au-Prince?<\/span><\/i><\/h4>

Yes, including Cap-Ha\u00eftien, Les Cayes, and Hinche. Write to us to confirm coverage in your area.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Who handles customs clearance?<\/span><\/i><\/h4>

We do. Formalities are included on all three routes, including at the land border crossing.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Which payment methods do you accept?<\/span><\/i><\/h4>

You can pay in USD or HTG at the daily rate, and split the payment across several methods as long as the full amount is covered. A receipt is sent by email or provided in print.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

How much does a shipment cost?<\/span><\/i><\/h4>

The rate depends on the route and the weight. From the United States to Haiti: $3.50 per pound by sea, $5.00 per pound by air, plus the service fee. For the other routes, rates are being confirmed: see the Rates and delivery times page.<\/p><\/div><\/div>
